WEBGAMES
Monetization test of “Wind of Contrail”(风色轨迹)
In August 2014, Forgame started monetization test for its self-developed turn-based RPG webgame in Japanese anime theme “Wind of Contrail”.
 
Testing of “Fantasy Immortal II” (梦幻修仙2)
In August 2014, Forgame started unlimited accounts testing for its self-developed turn-based RPG webgame in Chinese fantasy theme “Fantasy Immortal II” on 4399 platform.
 
MOBILE GAMES
Launch of “Boonie Bears: Forests Defense”(熊出没之森林保卫战)
In late July 2014, Forgame launched the android version of its shooting mobile game “Boonie Bears: Forests Defense”, which was adapted from “Boonie Bears”(熊出没), a popular animated TV series in China.
 
LICENSING OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Forgame has entered an in-depth cooperation with Qidian Literature, and was authorized to develop mobile games adapting from five popular online literatures including “Jiang Ye”(将夜), “Tang Zhuan”(唐砖),”Wu Di Huan Ling”(无敌唤灵), ”Wu Lian Dian Feng”(武炼巅峰) and “Di Zun”(帝尊). Among these five online literatures, “Jiang Ye” (written by Maoni) is the most popular one. It was ranked No.1 in the annual voting, No.1 in the star ratings, and had retained its champion status in monthly voting for ten consecutive times on the Qidian platform in 2013. It has accumulated over 100 million clicks and the serialized books have sold more than 1 million copies. Among the 4 remaining four online literatures, the just-completed “Tang Zhuan” has gained over 10 million views cumulatively, and its adaption rights for movies/TV series/books have already been sold. “Wu Di Huan Ling”, ”Wu Lian Dian Feng” and “Di Zun” are also highly popular novels and have been ranked amongst the top 30 in Baidu Tieba in their own categories, with more than 10 million views on Qidian Literature platform.
 
JOINTLY DEVELOPMENT
In August 2014, Foga Tech Limited (“Foga Tech”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forgame, and Magic Feature Inc. (Magic Feature) entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding for the joint development of a game for mobile devices to be published on a worldwide basis. Both parties will jointly provide mobile game development resources, while Foga Tech and/or its affiliates will publish the simplified Chinese version of the game in the PRC, and Magic Feature and/or its affiliates will publish the game irrespective of languages and geographical limit (excluding the PRC). It is expected that beta testing of the game will be conducted in 2015.
 
EXHIBITION
In August 2014, Forgame and its subsidiaries participated in the 2014 South China Book Festival (2014南国书香节). The latest webgames and mobile games were displayed in the exhibition, which provided players with a great gaming experience.
