It has recently come to Forgame's attention that there are reports of disputes over the internet in relation to the adaptation rights, copyright and property right of the mobile game "Ghost Blows Out the Light (鬼吹燈)". To clarify the concerns related to this matter, Forgame and other related parties hereby jointly issue the following statement:
 
Mr. Zhang Mu Ye (under the pseudonym "Tian Xia Ba Chang (天下霸唱)") ("Mr. Zhang") is the author of the "Ghost Blows Out the Light (鬼吹燈)" novel series. He has confirmed that the "Ghost Blows Out the Light-The Ghoul  (鬼吹燈．摸金校尉)" series are independent from "Ghost Blows Out the Light - The Ghoul's Tale (鬼吹燈「盜墓者的經歷」)", later renamed as "Ghost Blows Out the Light I (鬼吹燈 I)", and "Kui Xing Ti Dou (魁星踢鬥)", later renamed as "Ghost Blows Out the Light II (鬼吹燈 II)", and he has the absolute ownership rights of the "Ghost Blows Out the Light - The Ghoul (鬼吹燈．摸金校尉)" series. Mr. Zhang also mentioned that he will soon be issuing a statement explaining the details.

Mr. Zhang is the legal representative of Wuxi Tian Xia Jiu Jiu Culture Development Co. Ltd. ("Tian Xia Jiu Jiu (天下九九)") and he has authorised "Tian Xia Jiu Jiu" (天下九九) to handle legal issues related to commercial cooperation matters relating to the "Ghost Blows Out the Light - The Ghoul (鬼吹燈．摸金校尉)" novel series. Mr. Zhang has also granted Beijing Exchanger Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Exchanger") the exclusive mobile game adaptation right for the "Ghost Blows Out the Light - The Ghoul (鬼吹燈．摸金校尉)" series.

Guangzhou FeiYin Information Technology Co. Ltd. ("Guangzhou FeiYin"), the PRC Operational Entity of Forgame, has obtained the exclusive game cooperation authorisation from Exchanger and has the legal adaptation right for the "Ghost Blows Out the Light - The Ghoul (鬼吹燈．摸金校尉)" series, including the right to adapt, develop and operate the mobile game version of the "Ghost Blows Out the Light-The Ghoul (鬼吹燈．摸金校尉)" series.
