Sir Seaman Kwok is a senior member of Chartered corporate governance professionals and Chartered Secretaries, the British chartered Corporate Governance Association, the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Association, the British Institute of Certified Financial Accountants, the Australian Institute of public accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of professional accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of directors and the Hong Kong Association of financial planners, and a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Association.
